Information collected

Estimate requests may include your name, email, phone, project location, project type, budget range, preferred contact method, notes, and files you choose to upload. General contact messages include an email address, subject, message, and optional name.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess requested work, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile bot protection. Estimate requests are delivered to the business through Telegram. General contact messages are delivered through Mailgun. Inquiry details may also be stored in HubSpot so the team can follow up. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Uploads and security data

Optional estimate images and videos are forwarded to the configured private Telegram destination. IP addresses and request metadata may be processed for spam prevention, rate limiting, diagnostics, and security.

Retention and choices

Retention depends on the configured business systems and legal requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@sigconstruction.ca. Canadian privacy rights may apply, including rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law.
